I just wanted a quick opinion on my diet. The goal is just to maintain/live, not looking to really bulk or cut. Regardless, here it is. Im still fiddling with my calorie and macros. Im more or less just concerned about the type of foods and timing.
Wake up 7am–
¾ cup oats w/1 whole egg, 2 scoops PB, whey w/skim milk
11am 1 cup Kashi Go lean
1:30pm tuna on whole wheat + broccoli or green beans
3:30pm whey
5:00 creatine and XTEND during workout
7:00 whey post workout
8:00 PB, cottage cheese, Chicken & veggies
10:00 maybe 2 scoops PB and Cottage cheese
Im not too concerned with macros right now, just looking at the foods and timing. I PREFER to have carbs earlier in the day.
