Would it be possible (sensible more like it) to occassionally "stunt" the body with something like cell-mass for a day or two in order to screw with the metabolism if my diet is already in a caloric deficit? What I mean is, I've slowed on weight loss for the time being, but not entirely. What I was thinking is by adding those extra calories for the few days, getting my body to get excited over that and then removed them again, that it would somehow make my body "reset" and think this was a new or altered deficit. Might sound moronic, but was a though. Let me know!

True, could be considered a cheat day, but still wanting to keep it as clean and beneficial as possible. I could be wrong on the supp but I know BSN had a high calorie supp for bulkers. Was figuring that would assist the process.
PU, what's those abbreviations? I'm still learning the game so shorthand isn't fully learned as of yet.

Anyways, yeah, I looked more around for ketosis and the like. It's interesting but I'd find a way to screw it up and add more fat to my already f*cked up gut.
