  • Question about plateau's on fat loss....

Would it be possible (sensible more like it) to occassionally "stunt" the body with something like cell-mass for a day or two in order to screw with the metabolism if my diet is already in a caloric deficit? What I mean is, I've slowed on weight loss for the time being, but not entirely. What I was thinking is by adding those extra calories for the few days, getting my body to get excited over that and then removed them again, that it would somehow make my body "reset" and think this was a new or altered deficit. Might sound moronic, but was a though. Let me know!

Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight. - Psalm 144:1

    Current Supps:
    Purple Wraath
    Green Magnitude
    Orange Triad
    White Flood
    Blue Up

You may want to read up on carb cycling (TKD, CKD, UD2.0).. also calorie cycling, anabolic burst cycling.

True, could be considered a cheat day, but still wanting to keep it as clean and beneficial as possible. I could be wrong on the supp but I know BSN had a high calorie supp for bulkers. Was figuring that would assist the process.

PU, what's those abbreviations? I'm still learning the game so shorthand isn't fully learned as of yet.

Thanks for the sites pu, checked them out, but I'm at a lose to understand how something like CKD would actually allow me to LOSE weight. I read over some of the "diets" people were on and it was like, how in the hell are they losing weight????

Most of the above diets put the emphasis on maintaining lean muscle and losing "fat".. not just losing "weight".

Yeah, sorry about my generic use of the term "weight". I should always say rather that imply what I mean. Yeah to interwebz...
Anyways, yeah, I looked more around for ketosis and the like. It's interesting but I'd find a way to screw it up and add more fat to my already f*cked up gut.
