      • Sots press 3x10 @ 23kg - Fell on my ass once on the first set. Think it's just flexibility. 2nd and 3rd set were much better.

              • I've decided I like doing front squats before my sots. It helps loosen my hips up for the sots and I'm able to do the presses without coming onto my toes.
