    Neck adjusted again last night. Really hoping it fixes everything. My back was out too so....

    Sots 3x10 bar - felt a little pressure at the base of my skull but when I slowed them down no problems at all.

    These really helped me get under my jerks when I was doing them before and clearly I need to start doing them again. No issues with the neck here.

    So I've come to the conclusion that my cleans have been sucking because I've haven't been squatting as much as I was so I will squat to max rather than lower. Maybe twice tomorrow, but only once on Thursday.

    Veteran's Day meet

    Weight according to my scale this morning 62.5. Weight according to scale at the meet 63.19 Oops. Good thing I was a couple of hours early. I wasn't sure how off my scale was. Now I know.

    Feeling beat up today. Knees are bothering me. Lots of loud cracking lately. Chiropractor wants me to go light today. Had back and neck adjusted again yesterday. Mid back is pretty sore today from the adjustment.

    I did hhs @ 35kg and only ran 100m (incredibly slow jog). I keep telling them there's no running in weightlifting.
