  • Sots press 3x10 bar - 1st set I felt some pressure on my neck, nothing with the next 2

    45 - made myself do this since that 1st 46 kinda scared me; knee snatch, adjusted and stood it up

      Both misses were me under the bar, sitting there and bar just slowly going back. Started my period today and just feeling pretty tired and weak.

        • Veteran's Day meet

          Weight according to my scale this morning 62.5. Weight according to scale at the meet 63.19 Oops. Good thing I was a couple of hours early. I wasn't sure how off my scale was. Now I know.

          Tightroped the first 57, 2nd Clean I was on my toes. Then my jerk was really forward but I had it up and figured I just better hold it till they gave me the down signal. It worked. Really disappointed with my Clean and Jerks tonight.

          • Feeling beat up today. Knees are bothering me. Lots of loud cracking lately. Chiropractor wants me to go light today. Had back and neck adjusted again yesterday. Mid back is pretty sore today from the adjustment.

              Clean pulls (dbl)- Coach McCauley says I'm using my back and not my hips so trying to figure out how to push my knees forward on the 2nd pull. It's not working out too well. I'm hitting the bar about 2 inches lower on my thighs. Didn't have my camera so no video.

                      Max squat (of some kind - fs, bs, cleans or snatches)
                      I did hhs @ 35kg and only ran 100m (incredibly slow jog). I keep telling them there's no running in weightlifting.
