    • Got my neck adjusted last night. Told my chiropractor about my squats. How I'm having a hard time with the bounce/speed and haven't really been able to hit more than 80. She told me I was scared of hurting my back again. Fuck.

              Wanted to see if I could hit my weights for the meet today. Head is hurting and I some pain in traps. But mostly, that pressure at the base of my skull.

                        These really helped me get under my jerks when I was doing them before and clearly I need to start doing them again. No issues with the neck here.

                            So I've come to the conclusion that my cleans have been sucking because I've haven't been squatting as much as I was so I will squat to max rather than lower. Maybe twice tomorrow, but only once on Thursday.
