    I dont like hardboiled eggs really

    But i will use the old egg spreader have got to take remove the eggwhites

    theres about a lb of turkey meat for a sandwhich
    value pack, good stuff too,
    Honey roasted..

    Oh btw guys..

    I went to Barnes & Nobles today
    picked up "Arnolds S, Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding"
    A workout tracker, and Ghost in the Shell: 2 book

    My dads a highschool teacher we get 50% off gym memberships
    40% off books, movies etc lol i love the perks
    Family membership to Spectrum here is 40$ for both of us together

    I needed a better note pad thing to put my routine on
    I got 89cent five star thing but the paper sucks :S

    I paid for my stuff but my dad showed the Cashier his ID
    I got 10+$ off the Bodybuilding book
    5$ the Workout tracker
    and 3+$ off the book GITS

      Are you using the packaged meat like Carl Budding or regular deli meat fresh sliced form the deli? The packaged stuff is loaded with sodium and is not good for you.

            How bout NO-CARB before bed. Even wheat bread defeats the purpose that close to bed. EggWHITEs, plain oatmeal with water or skim milk, beans, almonds, cottage cheese, fruits(apples before bananas), MEAT/MEAT and more meat. Baked/broiled or grilled...fried in water is ok. Avoid pork, it has the least nutritional value. Green veggies/brown rice/wheat bread and wheat pasta are good and low carb sources. Water/skim milk and if you like soda that much ONLY diet. No other drinks will help.
            Cardio is a must along with balls to wall lifting. Muscle burns fat and fat hates cardio.
            The choice is yours. You'll get all the answers you need from these guys. They'll give it, take it or leave it. Good luck

                Theres alot of foods I left out like fish, canned tuna which are a vital part of all this. But like I said, if u want it .....your the only one who can stop you from gettin it. SACRIFICE, the rewards are worth it!
