        Nice! Power went out for 4 hours (its amazing what you can accomplish with 9 guys and a 300 yard range megaphone) and I came back to hear this. Very excited to test this out.

            Training experience Ive been lifting very consistently for 8 years now. Currently Im a squadron Physical Training leader for the United State Airforce in addition Im currently a member of the honor guard so lifting 400lb caskets out of Hearse daily in adddition to my 4 day a week training. Im minoring in Sports and health science.             Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
            4 day split DC ( doggcrap training)

            Mon Tue Thur Friday. Wednesday is moutain biking for cardio


            DC training gives me a 45 min extreme rest pause sessions with every sets til failure.

            Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Mountain biking on wednesday. Saturday and sunday are rest days

            i am currently maintence with 5200 cals a day with the majority coming in the form of protein. SHAKES tuna steaks chicken breasts turkey . stuff i can mix and eat with me all day while im on the road doing military funerals

            Tons of fruit and green beans alot of my carbs come on leg day and days I do deadlifts

            Current Daily water intake:1.5-2.0 gallons mainly due to the fact that we are wearing full service dress in 100 degree temps and I sweat gallons

            Short Term Goal: to ease into my cutting after december I really would like to lean out just a hair since Im not playing football this season I can afford to really pound the weights Looking to dead lift 505 by january 1 im at 475 now

            Long Term Goal: 235lbs solid for spring time just in time for semi pro ball next season

WHY should we choose you ! !):training for about 6 years, bodybuilding style training for 2 up until 2 months ago when medic school started. currently in medic school and working 24 hour shifts as a firefighter

              Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):every third day i lift (when im at the station) alternate workouts, workout one chest shoulders, traps, tris and abs. workout 2 back bis, and legs

              Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): trying to run about 4 miles one time in between workouts at least on days im not on shift

              Current supplements (exact brand/product name required):ON whey mixed with ALRI lipolytic whey, and NOW adam multi, and focus xt before school and workouts

              Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):3000 cals a day. macros are around 55 carb, 30 protein, 15 fat.

              Current Daily water intake: 1-1.5 gallon off day. 1.5 -2 gallon on day.

              Short Term Goal:get through medic school without stress while staying fit

              Long Term Goal:compete in BB
