My first solid program was Rippetoes. Now I am on a 4 day Upper/Lower Split. My next program will be a Westside Template.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Upper/Lower Split:
Basically upper days consist of 1 horizontal and one vertical pressing movement, and one vertical and horizontal pulling movement. A few sets of iso's are thrown in at the end.
One lower body day is squat based, while the other is for Deads!
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
3-4 Times a week. Either PWO or HIIT on off days.

Just a note - I know that you know I am running a CL log PU. If I got selected, I would create a seperate log and update it with each use of Yellow N, plus my diet, etc... from the other log. Let me know what you think

I played college football and have lifted weights since high school. I currently ride and race mountain bikes in cross country expert class and some mountaincross events. To this day, I train like a madman and love getting results. I am also very in tune with my body and what I put into it.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Four day split-Chest/tri's (DAY 1), Back/bi's (DAY 2), Shoulders/core (DAY 3), Legs (DAY 4). I use periodization and employ heavy days/low volume and moderate/high volume days. I keep my body guessing every week to maximize my results and keep things changing.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 6 days weekly. Average three 60 min. cardio sessions with intervals built in and three 90-180 min. mountain bike rides with lots of intense climbing, jumping and high speed fun!!!
Current supplements (exact brand/product name required): CL STACK - GB,GM/WB, RA2, GG, PW. Cytosport CYTOMAX sports drink during bike rides, GU/gel shots as needed. Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder, Cytosport MUSCLE MILK shakes, multivitamin/mineral, chromium picolinate.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Breakfast- Oats or high fiber cereal. Eggs and fruit, whole grain toast. Protein shake w/ milk, fruit, natural pb.
mid- banana and cottage cheese, lowfat cheese and apple, almonds
Lunch- lean turkey or tuna, veggies, whole grain bread, salad.
mid- Musclemilk protein shake
Dinner- chicken/lean beef, fish, veggies, sweet potato or brown rice

Short Term Goal: Maintain Lean Body Mass during massive cardio schedule

Training experience : I work as a firefighter for a living and love my job and strive to be in the best shape possible for my job, with that in my mind I am driven to excell and push my self to the limits when ever im in the gym. I wanna be in the best shape , physically and mentally, that i can be, for when the need to put all the relentless training hours and effort and dedication that I have put in, im gonna be right there ready to go because i will have the physical and mental confidence to perform my job that I have been training for.
I have always wanted to be a firefighter so I started working out at the age of 19 yrs old , here i am 12 yrs later and still have the same passion as I did when i first started lifting weights.
I am an avid hockey player, played all through high school and college and still play in a league.
I feel i s hould be one of the choosen ones because I would be 100% committed to the project. With my job I have a lot of time off so thats where i spend a lot of my time off in the gym. These project would give me added motivation in the gym to really see what this new supplement has and if it can produce. I also take my diet very seriously and eat very clean. I also am committed to cardio training and you can usually find me on the treadmill at 5am every other day for usually 45-60mins ( btw purple wraath gives me that much needed push at 5am in the morning) I have seen some great logs done and some not so great. The not so great ones I feel the testers just havent given totally 100% committment to the product and if there not giving 100% then ya arent gonna find out the full potential of the product, Im willing to do this and if choosen my log will definetly reflect this.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):I am on a 4 day split program right now. For the past 6 months I have been using a high rep scheme, usually my reps are in the 12-15 range with legs being in the 15-20 range. When i first started this program i totally reduced the weight and really concentrated on strict form and the results have really paid off. I have been doing cardio first thing in the morning usually for 45-60mins of intense jogging. With the colder months now here in Canada, i am in a bit of a bulking phase, eating more calories, lowering my rep range to between 8 and 12( excluding warm ups) and resting for 1 min tops ( to capalize on the anabolic effect for gh) Currently my workout schedule goes like this
1 am cardio pm chest
2 am 15mins cardio , abs, stretching, pm back
3am cardio, pm arms
4 am 15mins bike, abs , stretching , pm shoulders
5 rest
6 am cardio , pm legs
start again next day
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):I gotta admit it I LOVE cardio, I usually do 45-60mins of intense running on the treadmill. I do this every other day, i will usually runn for 3 consecutive cardio sessions then the next one w/ill be on the step mill, i wear a back pack with 25lbs to 30lbs in it to give the effect of going up stairs with all my firegear on me. I sometimes use the focus that im trying to get to the top floors of the trade center with all this gear, as cheese as it sounds it really pushes me.
Current supplements my current supplement stack is this: Purple Wraath, Green mag and green bulge, GlycerGrow, Xtend, caffeine Whey protein isolate, cassein protein, NOW Adam, NOW super omega 3-6-9, NOW ECG, NOW glutamine, Gymnea sylvestre, NOW Chromium Picolinate , NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: I dont drink, smoke or do drugs. I dont like to take cold medications and usually stay away from these and just sweat the colds out.

I am really interested in the whole sports supplements field, I am mainly used NO products ( white blood, xplode) creatine ( green bulge, breen mag, cell mass, muscle tech) all kinds of whey products, thermo's.

my diet and training as been shit recently. too swamped with grad school applications, studying, tests/quizes, girls, etc. once this semester ends (dec 17ish) i should be able to get my life together again.
I can't gurantee my updating would be as detailed or regular as it has been in the past, but I will do my best to get regular updates in and check on the thread. seems like an interesting product..specially from a psychology stand point..
