      I'd add Rammstein. Almost everything is heavy enough to train with. Their Volkerball concert CD and DVD are fantastic.

            Music is best and easiest way to get relax and refresh. The concept for Workout Music Studio started while I was running to music. Make the music you like play at perfect sync with your workout pace during your workout.
