I'm due to receive some Purple Wraath and White Flood (which I am very much looking forward to!). Being curious I also opted for a sample of Green MAGnitude. And I'm a bit confused about the timing recommended to take GM, on the 'stacking info' page it says to take it pre-workout? On my current creatine (monohydrate) I have been advised to take post-workout? What is Controlled Labs philosophy behind this and what are the pro's/con's of either timing that you know of?
The second half of my question is about Green MAGnitude specifically. What are the major advantages of the product over "pure" creatine monohydrate? The main reason I ask is because I get a 1.2kg tub of creatine monohydrate for £15 and 800g of GM costs £35. Which when calculated per 100g comes out at £1.25/£4.37 respectively. I also take a B-Vit supplement (B6, B12, folic acid ... etc) when I take creatine for better synthasis. What would I get from GM that I'm not getting currently?
