i'm looking on suggestions for a workout stack. i'm looking to get stronger but also lose fat. any suggestions will be helpful.

Either works, convenience is the only real difference and better price per serving with the green mag. I go with green bulge simply bc I cant stand that much liquid pre and intra with my other supps.

You want to base your stack off of Orange Triad, the Controlled Labs fishoils and either green mag or green bulge. Add in Purple Wraath and you have the basic stack. I wouldnt consider other supps until you have those and a quality protein powder

these are meant preworkout. if you want the extras and are willing to pay a bit more for them then use green bulge
