just ordered GG for adding it to my new year's stack. I will be using the Orange foundation supps, GG and PW.
My question is what to expect from GG in addition to the increase in cell volume due to water saturation?
After the effect is gone, will some size remain as lean mass? any strenght increase? will it make sense to combine with creatine, will they have a synergetic effect?
How to take it and that water intake it's very iportant are clear for me.
