very nice man, i enjoy blue gene very much, stack looks great though. Only thing id change is the protein Golden Gains, XF, and Gaspari are all great choices

Yea guys absolutely...I've been so accustomed to the ON protein products that I've stuck with them throughout; they have proven effective for me. I plan to try golden gains as soon as I send in my 30 labels. I already incur quite a large cost with my current stack, haha. My plan is to remove the egg (it is just left over from a trial), add in Golden Gains, and keep both the whey and casein. Golden Gains will be one of my on-the-go (due to college) meals, and obviously whey will remain my go-to for post as casein my go-to for slow bedtime digestion.

First Experience with Blue Gene: Felt great in the gym today; a very distinct difference from the past. My energy levels seemed to be elevated, and my workouts felt solid and smooth all around. I hope to see this continue, and will report back in on my recoveries. It's a bit too early to make any conclusive decisions on cause and effect; but a significant change was noticed!

ahh...it's ok. Not a very strong chocolate flavor, but it goes down smooth nonetheless. The taste is fine with either milk or water. If your diet calls for some eggs, it is a very good alternative to other ways of obtaining this form of protein. I personally do not have a need for this anymore, and will be looking to replace it by adding in an extra "meal" with Golden Gains.

Grat stack! I would only add more fish oil or some source of veg. Omega like udo's choice or flax. this is very important in winter due to darkness, it helps keep your mood and brain function.
I just finished my 2nd bottle of blue gene, I got nice results specially in recovery and energy levels during workouts and the whole day. Hope you enjoy yours

Nice. I go through about 3 dozen eggs a week so I was curious how it was taste wise. Good to know
