BG/BGH quick review

So just recently started a BG/BGH stack. IE just finished my first bottle of both.

I was plateuing pretty hard in my workouts through most of august so starting september i jumped on a BG/BGH stack. Blew through my Plateus. I haven't changed much about my diet, same ol same ol, workouts have been similar as far as exercises...and my #s in everything have been increasing substantially. Big jumps in back, almost 5-10 lbs a week-2 weeks. Sleep has been nice and deep, and while I haven't gained much weight, maybe 1-2 lbs my definition has been coming out considerably. Hope this helps anybody out there...wasn't every informative just another satisfied customer.

yeah, been using WF/GM for about a year now? Just kind of wanted to branch out and try something new on jack3d. Been happy so far. When i get tired of it, i will prob switch back :P

smart move. white flood is one of the best values per serving, compare prices and you will be surprised

WF is king. Love it.

Jack3d has 1,3 dimethyl which has questionable safety issues and you become habituated to it rather quickly

I would suggest people do not use 1,3 dimeth as the safety info is not up to par.

did you have any stomach issue(gas, bloat, acid) by eating 10 pills/day from BG&BGH??

Lucky for me, Im not bound professionally not to speak about other products. 1MR contains 1,3 dimethyl....there is not much safety data related to it. It would be prudent to avoid that product and others that contain said ingredient until you are sure of its longterm effects on your body. There are better alternatives as far as pre-workout products out there already, and, in my view, it's not worth the possible negative side effects from prolonged use

yea a friend of mine just used a scoop of it at around 6pm and was up like a crack fiend until 4am lol he couldn't sleep... You guys ARE right about that....
