    Amino Acids / Injury

    Don't think you want to hear about my injury story but i'll just say that my kneecap is fucked, some ligaments are thorn and stretched, and they think my miniscus is ripped a little bit with that.

    The bottom line is, I posted on google Amino Acids for Injury and it came out with a lot of results about them helping for Brain and LIGAMENT injury. If it does, I think i'll mix my 3 bottles of Intrain with my 3 bottles of Purple Wraath and snort all of it.

    Any of the CL staff can confirm or unconfirm that hypothese thing to clear me up?

    it could be useful (orally). also add joint support and cissus. (assuming your doc gives you the go ahead)

      Dang, when did you do this to your knee??? sorry to hear it. :-(

      not sure if the snorting method has gone through clinical trials... so, i'm pretty sure you're your own lab rat on that one. (fyi, we do not endorse snorting the PI and PW!!!)

        I'm a physio for a football team here, and there is a lot of ligament injuries in the knee and meniscus type injuries, so I can understand where you're coming from.


        And your hypothesis sounds solid, can't see anything wrong with it at all. Well I'm not serious

          Didn't get injured while training.

          I was practicing MMA, and I got a knee shot on the side of my knee and the kneecap went on the side of the knee.

          That was 5 months ago (around). I did 3 wrestling shows injured, won them all but everytime I was more injured. You know the drill.

            yep.. know the drill.

            Always that drive to keep going no matter what... [enter enormous brick wall, stage left]

            I never had an injury as serious as that. I used to do wrestling shows also... injuries came, and didn't leave. It got to a point to where i just have to stop to let things heal.

                  I was joking about the snorting obviously.

                  By the way, the drive I have to wrestle injured is that, I was for the heavyweight championship contendership. I won the belt last show August 20th, if i'm not ready for October, I get striped without defending...
