  • Newbie Muscle???

I've heard this term repeatedly of late. Obviously I'm assuming it's with gains upon those just starting lifting, but is there more to it?

Not really, when you first start lifting your body respods very well to the new stimulus and you gain rather quickly.

But to what extent? I guess it would depend on the individual and the stress placed on the muscles?

It'll taper off, after a few weeks/months you'll see the gains, but after that you probably wont see too much

Thats when diet/right supps comes into play even more

Isn't that during the first 12 weeks they say or is that just how long it takes before your body changes in any regard?

just fyi ive added around 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks since hitting the gym again

i bumped my diet up in food intake and hit the weights

i am more cutup. and cont to get more cutup daily which is great as well as putting on solid mass and slowly and cafefully getting my strength back

soo this 10lbs what or where is it on my body..

according to some article i just read only 1-2 lbs max can be muscle? so 5-10 is cell volume or something simliar?

again ive been dropping fat and gaining weight

thanks for any advice and just sharing my last couple weeks im feeling really good again mentally and physically
