it takes multiple weeks for the creatine to even start breaking down in liquid at all, so you are good

There are already so many logs and all of them basically says the same thing, CL rocks! haha so my input may just get 2 reads and thats it heh.

First time today i mix GM and PW together in a shaker and it turned into what looks like plain tap water. Thats cool i thought. Ok enough babbling, train insane!

Ah yes, when combining PW with GM in water together, it turned "almost" clear. Normal ya?
