    Hello there,
    I just purchased a tub of GM sour green apple.
    I have done research on creatine and quite a substantial amount of it recommand it to be taken AFTER a workout session.
    On the other hand, i do understand that GM will be more effective consumed as a pre workout supplement.
    Question,
    Is it necessary to take it before and after workout or just either one of them?
    If before, when should it be taken prior to my workout timing?
    must we take it together with food?

    You can take 1/2 scoop before and 1/2 scoop after or 1 scoop pre (which is def. what I'd recommend bc it's more than just creatine). You do not need a scoop before and after. And I think it works out best about 30min preworkout in about 16oz (minimum).

      Hmm alright, so i will just stick to taking it once before my workout.
      during off days,
      1 serving is recommended according the the direction of usage,
      when is the best time to consume that 1 serving on off days?

        I like to take it around the time i would on my workout days... but anytime is fine.
