    Burnouts - Burnouts combine pyramids and drop sets, working up to higher weights with low reps and then back down to lower weights and high reps.
    Burns - small, fast movements at the end of a set to finish off the muscle.
    Butterface - A female with an exceptionally hot body but an exceptionally ugly face. Everything is hot but-her-face.

    Calipers – a tool used to measure body fat
    Calisthenics - a form of organized exercise consisting of a variety of simple movements that are intended to increase body strength and flexibility using the weight of one's own body for resistance.

    Loading phase - Applies to the period of time when a bodybuilder saturates their body with a particular supplement. Creatine loading is most common, however, most believe it is unnecessary.
    Log - Similar to a diary, but it's purpose is to record your thoughts about a supplement over the course of its use.

    long bar - allows you to adjust the width of your grip, for example lat pulldowns
    looking dry - having very low bf and and being very defined.
    Love Handles - The areas of extra fat that hang or slightly bulge from the sides, and are also the little rolls on the lower back. Both men and women can have these.

      Strip sets - done with barbells. Do a set then, without racking the bar, get two spotters to pull off a preset amount of weight. Continue with that weight. Keep stripping as desired. It is similar to drop sets, but there is absolutely no rest.
