So i just purchased Strawberry Banana whey, and i tried it with milk. Problem with milk is it causes me severe stomach pains so im guessing i have a lactose problem? Anyway i tried it with water and it just tasted horrible, but no pains atleast. Has anyone ever tried mixing half milk and half water with their protein?

Try coconut milk. That's what I use and it tastes really good.laurie@controlledlabs.com
