Alrighty so Golden Gains looks awesome with all the added fruit and veggie products in there...much healthier than just a regular tub of protein for sure. But the protein is awfully low at 21g for 2 scoops, since the scoops look to be huge as it is? Could I add a scoop of just pure whey protein to add another 20-25g of protein so it's the same amount as my normal post workout shake?
edit: sometimes on workout days I consume the 48g protein shake after workout...then a one scoop shake after my dinner...could I replace that one scoop shake after my dinner with golden gains? or do you think I'd put on fat since I go to sleep within 2-3 hours..
