ive been lifting 4 years now 5'9 176lbs 9%BF
and i want to gaint 10lbs more mass over a 6-12 month period im going to stack OT, PW, GM
but i can only add one more product and i want it to be the product that would help me achieve this goal best

Like what 5six said, its what you are wanting that matters. Honestly they are both great supps and cant really be compared since they are used at different times and different reasons. Pick one and make sure you focus in on your diet bc that will make the difference here. And stay with a workout program that focuses not only on hypertrophy but strength as well. Good luck man

Well to break it down, GG will help give you a pump. This will help drive more blood into the muscle along with more nutrients, which can results in new muscle. BG is a great product. It's hard to say exactly what it'll do. It'll help with your joints, overall well being, sex drive and help with building muscle, too. If you're looking for a cost effective product for an over extended period of time, GG, otherwise I'd suggest BG
