    Hi

    Hello. I am a 25 year old man who began using CL products 3 months ago.
    First product was White Flood and yeah it rocks!
    I'm training 5-6 times every week and atm my goal is cut some BF but still retain muscle mass.
    I'm on a High Protein, Low Carb diet and eating very clean.

    I'm currently using:

    REDuction: Morning & before bed
    Orange TRIad: Breakfast & Dinner
    Blue Up: 2 Tablets 45-60min before workout
    White Flood: 30min before workout
    Green Magnitude: 30min before workout
    Purple Wraath: 1 scoop 30min before & 1 scoop while training
    Protein/Carbs after workout
    White Blood: 3 Tablets before Bed.
    ZMA: 3 Tablets before Bed

    Do you think i should do anything different? Dont know realy when its best to use WB & Blue Up

    Here are my suggestions:

    White blood is a pre-workout supp. Alot of people use it when they are taking a break from the stims. Honestly, i'd save it for when you're not using White Flood.

    GreenMag, make sure you're taking that on off days as well.

    everything else looks good, blue up as well.
