Too little water intake?

Along with PW it is said to drink 1-2 gallons a day. What can be expected if I donīt drink enough water? I work out every day, use 1-2 scoops PW on cardio days and 1 scoop PW + 1-2 scoops of WF on strenght days. Every strength day is followed by a cardio and so on...
Can water retention take place if i donīt drink enough along with these supplements?

Actually yes, water retention does happen when you don't drink enough water, supplements or not.

And that's a big issue, in general, because if your body isn't moving water around that means you aren't getting nutrients throughout your body.
