Along with PW it is said to drink 1-2 gallons a day. What can be expected if I donīt drink enough water? I work out every day, use 1-2 scoops PW on cardio days and 1 scoop PW + 1-2 scoops of WF on strenght days. Every strength day is followed by a cardio and so on...
