i love my white raspberry white flood! its delicious and refreshing when its ice cold. I find mixing 1 scoop in 32 oz of water and drinking 30 mins before i lift heavy, then drinking another scoop in 32 oz of water during workout gives me the better lasting energy and a lil more pump than just 2 30 min prior.
i know creatine breaks down if left still for awhile, not sure about the ingredients in WF.
