I am looking for a mass stack supplement. After trying to research this for several days I am still confused as ever. It's like the supplement world has it's own language.
Any how a little background. Im 6'0 225 lbs 20% BF and been lifting pretty much my entire life. I usually take a multi, protein and once in a blue moon some creatine.
Looking into the CL stacks I have a few questions hopefully someone can help me with. As money is sort of an issue I can't purchase 8 supplements lol
What Creatine should I take GB or GM ... whats the difference between these.
What about PW or P In?
Im thinking Green Something, WF, and Purple something ... along with my Protein, Fish oil and Multi that I currently have.
Also when is the best time to take these?
