With the amount that is in there, your body shouldnt react to it unless your histamines are just that sensitive. Most of the population is that sensitive. If you react to it, then of course I wouldnt use it.

Not 60% but you know, a lot of people are. A lot of my friends, etc etc.

So 25mg is not dangerous, guess I'll finish it off. B)

If you want to continue it, have either some liquid benadryl or childrens benadryl with you just in case you do have a reaction

only a small percentage of the population is allergic to bee pollen, and the ones who are are usually minor like runny nose (similar to seasonal allergies). if we only produced products that were allergen free we would be left with almost no foods or supplements. people with allergies just need to read labels carefully.

also, at this dosage, even those allergic to it may not get any symptoms

Kinda worked. I was wondering because I opened the bottle and it was like already at half if not less. Seemed like it went down 1/5 in like 4 days. But yeah, it was kind of all packed. B)
