Ive been searching for nonprescribed supplements to take for a better nights sleep(hence being up at 2:00a.m.) and I came across a study done by sleep specialist Lisa Shives, a spokesperson for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. According to her(their) studies, melatonin can decrease the production of testesterone in males. I thought that was pretty interesting; especially sense Ive been taking it for awhile.
