Blue up / Blue gene questions

I just got these two in the mail today and I'm eager to get started, but I have a couple questions I hope to get some help with first.
1) should I start taking this on an off day or wait till a workout day? Or does it matter?
2) I wake up at 4:30 am and am at the gym by 5:00 am, should I take one of each as soon as I wake up or whats the best time given I go early early?
3) Should I do this cycle for 2 months if I'm getting good results?
4) Should I take with food or w/o food?

My workout is 3 days in the gym, one day off. Im 40 years young and weigh 218. I hope to drop down to about 200 lbs, but Im not in a hurry.
Right now all Im taking is a multi-V, protein powder and 1 M.R.
This is my second post.. I poked around for some of the answers, but couldnt find a lot about these two sup's.
Any suggestions from people with more experience would be great.

Welcome to the board Scott!!!!!!!!!

1. For maximum effectiveness, take it every single day.
2. I would take them as soon as you wake up. Normally you would want to take Blue Gene 1 hour before training, and take Blue Up 30 minutes prior to training.
3. To be on the safe side, I would go two months on, one month off.
4. I like taking all of my CL stuff on an empty stomach. I feel I get the most benefit from it. Some people have sensitive stomachs, so they might take it with a protein shake or a small carb meal. You might want to try it both ways and see what works best for you.

Nice advice Iceman. Btw, does anybody know if BU has been on wheycheap before? If not that would be sweet if it was. Looking at alot of other forums, its has high feedback. It would make a killing on wheycheap.

I haven't seen it on Wheycheap or Whey2buy. I struck gold on Blue Gene though.

1) Doesn't matter in the long run.
2) Timing doesn't matter IMO. As long as it is within a reasonable time before your workout.
3) You can go on forever.
4) I always take my pills with food.

I am cycling off BG for a week currently. It's absolute HELL. I honestly dont think anyone who's gone through a bottle or two and then stopped could actually just drop BG from their stack. THE MOST underrated supplement on the market, hands down.
