I just got these two in the mail today and I'm eager to get started, but I have a couple questions I hope to get some help with first.
1) should I start taking this on an off day or wait till a workout day? Or does it matter?
2) I wake up at 4:30 am and am at the gym by 5:00 am, should I take one of each as soon as I wake up or whats the best time given I go early early?
3) Should I do this cycle for 2 months if I'm getting good results?
4) Should I take with food or w/o food?
My workout is 3 days in the gym, one day off. Im 40 years young and weigh 218. I hope to drop down to about 200 lbs, but Im not in a hurry.
Right now all Im taking is a multi-V, protein powder and 1 M.R.
This is my second post.. I poked around for some of the answers, but couldnt find a lot about these two sup's.
Any suggestions from people with more experience would be great.
