        -Eh, was pretty focused after taking Jack3d but I ran into traffic going to the gym twice. So I was pretty pissed from that.
        -Tried out my animal wrist wraps today I don't know how I should wear them. I put it tight enough so I can't move my wrist but then it cuts blood to my hands so it hurts.
        -Couldn't finish the military presses because I already did the dumbbell presses.
        -Finished workout with some rehab shoulder routines.
        -Just noticed I did my traps a day early! It's suppose to be shoulder + traps.
        -I'm crashing pretty hard from the jack3d, personally I think White Flood is way better than jack3d.

          -I am sick, really sick. Blew my nose and blood came out twice today. Have a headache, ringing in my ears, sore throat, stuffy nose, and the list goes on.

          -I was pretty focused, my pumps were insane in the membrane towards end of the workout.
          -Ran out of my Purple Intrain unfortunately but got some Intrabolic to finish up.

              Sounds like either bad allergies or a sinus infection. Every once in a while Ill have crazy nose bleeds. Sometimes up to 2hrs. But you may want to get to your doctor if it doesnt clear up.

                          Hey bro take this as postive criticizing but you are doing way to much for your arms. Looking at your excercise choices and rep ranges, Im guessin you like bodybuilding. If you look at bodybuilders like branch warren and the freakin rican, they do at most 12 sets. And those guys are on 1000's of dollars worth of roids! I would honestly cut your workout in half. Stick to the main compound lifts like bb curls, close grip bench, skullcrushers, and dips(my fav). I promise youll still have a sweet workout. If you are aiming more towards powerlifting, I would do even less. Men like Dave Tate, Brian Schwab, and Matt Kroczaleski(an incredible human being) to name a few, will only do 1 or 2 excercises a week for arms.
