Back when I was in high school, i used to use weight gainers. Honestly, I think they are a no go. Most(keyword most) have high fat and way more carbs than a person really needs. Even protein for that matter. I would eat more food instead of the gainers. And for your post shake, try just doubling your protein intake and an apple or two. The only way I see gainers beneficial is in football or a sport similar. But just imo bro

gripz are on my list of equipment to get ASAP

I've gotten tons of random samples from bb.com.. at one point I think I went a near two weeks of training without really needing any creatine cos i had samples. teh trick is being smart enough to never buy them
