    Cardio

    Thoughts

    I rowed for 30 minutes - felt great and really got a good workout.

    Diet

    Breakfast:

    Oatmeal + Eggs + Veggies

    Lunch:

    Veggies + Brown Rice + Chicken

    Snack:

    1 WW Wrap + Tuna + FF Yogurt + Olive Oil

    Dinner:

    Barilla Plus + Tomatoes and Asparagus
    Mixed Veggies
    Chicken

    Snack:

    CC + Whey

    Pre-Bed:

    CC + PB

    Who knows...more food. I love the stuff and now is the time to eat!

    The Day

    Great day - food and everything was good. Endurance during cardio was great and I was sweating up a storm!

      Finally got 3X8 for the bench at 135 - felt good. Everything else was mediocre, but I can deal with it for one workout!

        Thoughts

        Really good workout. It wasn't nearly what it should have been, but I got stronger as the workout progressed, which was very nice. Not anything special, but I wasn't displeased.

          The Day

          Good day - my GF was darn good to me today. She bought me a couple containers of fish oil and whey protein and then she treated me to a great dinner. It was a great night!
