    Glycergrow+intrain macro incorporation

    I don't add intrain into my macros as it just seems too needless....but glycergrow really throws a wrench in with 6g saturated fat. Should I worry about putting it into my macros? Or just forget it...

    6g shouldn't throw a wrench in anything...

      Forget it, really has a minimal impact over the BIG picture.

        its technically saturated fat, but doesnt have a negative impact like most saturated fat does. read up on stearic acid.
