          How come the Green Mag doesn't give your muscles that full, pumped look when not working out, while on it? Is it because it does cause water retention like creatine monohydrate? When i take creatine monohydrate my muscles seemed to have a fuller look on my off days.

              I take it everyday. On workout days i take 1/2 serving 30 minutes before my workout and 1/2 serving post workout.

                Not disagreeing, but curious why split it pre and post as opposed to full dose pre-workout? You thinking you are saturating your muscles more, or thinking it is absorbing more?

                    more so for those sensitive to magnesium and those believing the old school dosing post workout is best.
                    in reality, its best pre as long as the magnesium isnt an issue for the specific person

                              I guess i will try taking the GM pre workout instead of 1/2 serving pre and post workout. I know that it has been said many times that GM is suppose to be taken Pre workout because of other ingredients to help with your workout, but i still see so many suggestions that creatine should be taken post workout to spike insulin levels.

                              I thought spiking your insulin levels post workout with creatine and dextrose and/or maltodextrin is the best way for creatine to be utilized for recovery and mass gains.

                              I have done this for years using creatine monohydrate. I got alot bigger but also looked too puffy. I am guessing this is from the water retention of the volumizing from the creatine monohydrate.

                              I have been using GM for 2 weeks now but i do not notice a fuller look to my muscles like with creatine monohydrate. I noticed fuller, pumped muscles on off days with monohydrate after about 2 weeks of use. I thought the Green mag is suppose to have a volumizing effect just like monohydrate but without the bloating.

                              Could i not be a responder to GM or maybe i need to take it for a longer period before i notice an effect?
