Cutting atm, but I have laid a game plan for a year long clean bulk starting this August!
Would be nice with any input/critique
Workout plan:
MAX OT - 5 days a week
LISS/HIIT cardio - 2 times a week to keep fat away.
Diet
2800-3300 cals
High prot, med fat, low carb
Endo build and always been fat so cutting to 10% atm and then clean bulking, hoping to avoid much fat gain.
Supplements
Green MAG - Pre
Purple Wraath! - Pre/intra
100% Whey - Post
Vitamin
Fish oil
Does this sound like a solid plan? I've asked a few questions about maybe getting some discount or sponsor for CL with maybe me paying for the product or shipping, and CL paying for shipping or product while I would do a detailed log and advertise the product to my friends in real life to get new potential costumers. Wouldnt ask this question if I lived in the US but getting it to Denmark is expensive cause of shipping/higher price in EU and being a student
