PW and GM stack?????

Hey everyone,

I’m new to the CL forum and had a question, I have been taking GM for a bit and so far I love it, but I also wanted to get some PW...Can I just mix the two together pre workout and take one drink or is it necessary to make separate drinks for each sup? I have also heard on off days PW isn’t necessary but the GM should be taken, is this true?

PW is meant to be taken during your workout for best results but if rather take both together, then that certainly will work. Yes generally its best to take GM(or creatine) on both workout days and non. PW isnt necessary. Good to have you on! If you have anymore answers just ask

while they can be taken together, the preferable way is green mag pre and purple wraath intra
