    should i be taking GM on my off days?

    Yes.

    But you'll just need to take a scoop, or 1/2 of what you take on your workout days; also take it about the same time you workout.

      aight cool thanks, i take a scoop now, so half a scoop will be good? and i also read that because of settling i should be taking 2/3 scoop, is this true?

        I use half a scoop and it works fine for me (165lbs).

        The correct equivelent to the label is 2/3 scoop because of settling.

          as of today i weigh around 221ish soooooooo i think ill go to 2/3 scoop tomorrow because of the settling

            Take 1 serving on workout days (pre-gym) and 1 serving on off days (any time)

                What was the correct scoop size again in CC? i know you said 2/3 scoop, but i save all my scoops and may have the correct size i need. Also, when will it start shipping wiht the correct size?
