  • How would you stack 'em?

    I have a bunch of CL stuff with more on it's way. I already have an idea on how I want to stack 'em but I'm curious how you guys would stack or even if you'd run all of them at the same time. I don't mean times of the day but which ones you'd use stacked at a particular time. I'll be starting a workout/nutrition log that may include video soon.

    Here's what I gots:
    Green MAG
    White Flood
    White Blood
    Purple Intrain
    GlycerGrow
    Orange Triad
    REDuction AM/PM

    Pre-ordered OxiMega
    Won Blue Gene in a contest on bb.com so it should be here soon.
    Once I run out of my current MRP I'll give Golden Gains a shot

    I also use:
    ON 100% When in delicious strawberry
    ON Casein in vanilla
    Animal Flex (got this before OT and will continue it until it's gone)

    Id do OT twice a day
    Protein at your discretion

    Since you dont care about times and want order here is what i would do:

    RED AM
    WF/GM/GG (pre workout)
    PI (intra workout)
    WB/RED PM (bed)
    Not sure on OxiMega yet, but it looks like whenever you want to

      What does WB before bed do? I'm new to the effects of nitric and only know about the pump during a workout.

        i may be mistaken, but i believe it helps sustain pumps

          increase the blood flow during sleep to speed up recovery. Its not a stimulate so won't keep you up. might keep something else up though.

              Not as much sustains pumps but it has ingredient(s) that promote GH development; which in turn supports muscle growth. Thats important during sleep, since your prone to catabolism.

                I don't think it would "sustain" a pump considering I go to bed about 14 hours after working out hahaha. I've been taking it before bed based on you guys' recommendations though.
