  • WF to BG question

    Once im done with my tub of WF i want to start BG, but should i give it some time between the two? Or could i start BG right away?

    Id start it right away bro. BG has no stimulants so taking a brake isnt necessary. Besides, even if you dont know it yet, youll want to get on it right away!

      Thanks man, ill start this up asap! I should be done with my WF by the end of next week Sad day...

      But im more than excited to try BG! Im more of a pill guy, so if BG really works, ill probably scrap WF...unless I try WB one day.

      I like to keep my stack simple.

      BG 1 hr pre cardio/lift
      GM 30 mins pre cardio/life
      ON Whey immediately post

      And of course OT twice a day
      And soon...Orange OxiMega!

        Don't ditch the WF, you will definitely miss it... But also love Blue Gene! Give it a little while to kick in, you dont notice it to much until you actually stop taking it! GL

                Im right with you man. I am way more of a pill guy. Call me lazy in that category but I want to knock down my supps in 2 secs and get my butt to the gym without having to mess with powder.
