  • When to take white flood

    I know people suggest taking white flood 30 minutes prior to working out. Should this be taken on an empty stomach? Say I work out at 9am when should I be eating, and than taking white flood.

    it's best to try and take WF on an empty stomach.

    For me, I like to take BG one hour after my last meal, then hit the gym an hour later.

    That means I consume WF an hour and a half after my last meal.

      Like Chris said, empty stomach is best or with a small carb meal.

        Mostly empty stomach or with a rice cake seems to work best

                  Since I workout about an hour after I wake up I take WF about 20 mins. after a protein shake. It's not exactly an empty stomach but it's not after a solid meal either.

                        Because I haven't figured out how to take a protein shake while I'm sleeping

                        I drink a shake as soon as I wake up and have to leave the house about 45 mins later to get to the gym.

                            Wow.. I didn't know WF was meant to be taken on an empty stomach.

                            I wake up at 7am, take protein+oat shake.

                            10 minutes later I take GM and WF together.

                            15-20 mins later I arrive to the gym via cycle and start my workout while sipping on PW.

                            Can someone advise me on a better routine for getting best effect out of my supplements?

                            Should I take the WF as soon as I wake, then protein+oats 10 mins after instead?

                            Definitely noticed that WF didn't seem to be as effective as it once was (I only started taking it again 2 weeks ago after a 5 month break from the gym)
