    * We actually like to use a mix of mackerel and salmon for our *****
    * crab makes a great substitute although expensive
Cook in muffin tins in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 25 minutes until done

These recipes look interesting. I will have to give them a try. I always look for a way to make a recipe a "diet" version. It is pretty simple exchanging ingredients for their lite or fat free versions. Many times, it doesn't even change the final flavor of the dish.

It is very easy to change components of fat-free or lite version. Many times it does not even affect the taste of a dish. These recipes look interesting. I have to give them a chance. I've always found a way to make the prescription version of a "diet".

Maintain physical fitness is not just about exercise, but eating the right foods is also a healthy lifestyle. You will be surprised to know that your recipes can taste the best, even without high-calorie ingredients.

Yeah egg is the most pure form of protein and should be used in your daily diet
Specially in your breakfast... would be more effective..
    Thanks
