  • I, Bodybuilder WTF?!

I assume many of you guys have seen this plastered at the main page of the t-Nation website. The last I've seen it has not revealed what the workout is. It claims that:

Christian gained 27 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, and was doing seated overhead presses with 375 pound for 5 cluster reps.

Sebastien gained 20 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks and added 100 pounds to his front squat, while cutting body fat for the bodybuilding contest.

Kevin gained 24 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks, while losing 14 pounds of fat and adding 50 pounds to his bench press.

Nick ended up gaining 20 pounds of new muscle and increasing his bench press by 55 pounds, and that’s addictive.

WFT?! WFT?! WTF?! Who are they to expect ANYONE to believe you can gain 26 pounds of muscle NOT FAT in a 6 week time span?

What is amazing is people are evening doing this freak of a workout and buying their supplement called ANACONDA, which is made for this so called miracle workout. Obviously making or should I rephrase that, stealing money. 80 bucks for a can that won't even last a week.

AND WORST OF ALL I CAN NOT BELIEVE MY IDOL, MY ROLE MODEL AND MY TEACHER IS INVOLVE WITH THIS ENORMOUS STINK OF BULLCRAP: CHRISTIAN THIBAUDEAU!

I know Kane Sumabat like me, has also influenced his training from Christian Thibaudeau. And I loved his articles on T-Nation and everything he preaches because they are all true. BUT TO THINK HE WOULD DO THIS....

I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST ALL RESPECT FOR CHRISTIAN THIBAUDEAU.

Here are some more links talking about this if you want to check it out:

27lbs of muscle in 6 weeks natural = easy .. assuming your coming from a de-trained state.

if your interested in true training information, stop reading forums/websites like that. don't complain, just be smarter with what you invest time into

stop reading stupid people; buy supertraining and learn from the legends
