im skinny and have very good abs but i still have fat that i want to get rid off!
I ussaly go running on saturday nd maybe sunday,
Dont have much time to go running monday - friday,
so when im at the gym can you give me some good tips of what to do on the machines to lose that bit of fat?
I have the bike, tredmill, rower, x Trainer,
have used them all a bit so know what to do
I ussaly do,
10 rower, 10 bike - warm up
weights on body part-
10 rower, 10 bike warm down
now im thinking at the end of session to do,
10 rower
10 bike
10 tredmill
10 X Trainer
10 rower
would this be ok? cheers
