    I have a shaker at work but not at home. The hand blender is so easy and I like it because it crushes up the already crushed ice so taht its very fine and makes the drink super cold.

                Taste is growing on me.. I kinda like the gritty stuff (oats?) to fall to the bottom and then I can chew it up.. makes me feel like I actually ate a meal.

                  try bulk protein + blended up steel cut oats. cheaper, and same principle of carbs + protein pre/post workout (carbs replenish depleted muscle glycogen, protein enhances muscle recovery/regeneration)

                    I started enjoying the taste also. It's so easy to slam down after a workout and then follow up with a whole food meal afterwards

                      not even close to the same thing. a bike also will get you from point a to point b, but a car will do it faster.
