    I am following a high protein, low carb which is 40% of my total calorie intake and low fat diet. Also counting calories and try to balance it thruout the day.

    Few days ago some fren told me that a high protein diet may help me in losing weight but then its hard on my liver and kidneys in the long run. I dunno if its true...can sum1 help? I am a female, 5'3 ht.


    Secondly, therez another problem that I am facing. I feel am never full! All the time hungry. Even after finishing my lunch/dinner I feel like eating little bit of this and that. Just trying self control to help me. I do not know if this happens just to me or does it happen wid anybody else also??
