                Taking something for joint support also? After 10 years of on and off lifting I wish I could go back in time and tell my self to stay on sort of joint formula in hopes I would not feel as bad as I do now. I am 31 and trying to start back again... my joints feel like hell. Just a thought.

                  Defintely. I see so many young guys in the weight room use heavy heavy weight; which is fine but their form is horrible. I sometimes chuckle and think to myself that man he better enjoy while it lasts because the way hes liftin, he will have hell with his joints later on
