Got my order of Blue Gene into Oz (working fine this time )
I have taken it before but had a couple of questions you guys may be able to help me with on my new stack I start in Feb. I am taking GG for the first time and am a bit anxious on how I will feel with it seeing all the warnings on the label in terms of stomach upsets etc.
My routine will be as follows....
Gym - 4 days on, 1 day off, strict for 1 mth. All workouts on weekdays will be early morning, weekends will be morning but after b'fast.
Weekdays (which I am needing the advice for).
5 am get up - take blue gene
5:30 - 5:40am - GG, chased by WF and GM mixed with 600-700ml water
6am - gym - WF and PIT with about 600-700ml water
7:40 - b'fast / protein smoothie
My question on blue gene is - it says take 60 min pre workout. This is the bugger for me as I need to get up a whole hour before gym. I would prefer to get up 5:20 or so, take BG, then 10 mins later have the GG, WF, GM, then hit the gym at 6am still.
Would this work, or is it vital to have the BG 60 mins pre workout?
Also, should I eat anything pre workout as well? I usually dont, maybe 1 piece of plain toast.
