Hey all, so next week I'm planning on starting up a high frequency training routine. I'll be working out twice a day, three times a week for three weeks. Heavy lifting in AM followed by lighter lifting at night. I've done this type of routine before and got good results, but wasn't on CL products. I like to have at least 6 hours in between sessions but I'm looking for some advice on how to make my stack work...
For the AM I was thinking BG+WF+GM pre then PW and PI intra (one scoop of each, mixed) then if my budget allows, golden gains post.
For the night though, I'm not sure...I have Glycer grow so I was thinking of maybe using that and maybe more PW and PI (same as above) if its okay to take them that often.
I'd really appreciate any advice/suggestions! Thanks!
